Michael Fincher – Associate
Michael joined the Beal enterprise in 2021 and has established himself as an expert underwriter of real estate assets, having underwritten in excess of $500 million in loans across multiple property types and situations. He has become a fixture on our real estate desk and was promoted to Senior Analyst in December of 2023. Michael leads the underwriting process for BRE Capital, and is also developing key relationships to bolster our loan portfolio.
Michael started his real estate career in hospitality operations as a Revenue Specialist at Hilton Worldwide, where he built strong and trusted relationships with hotel management teams and led revenue maximization efforts for a portfolio of Hilton-franchised hotels located throughout the U.S.
He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Arkansas in 2018.
