Steve Everbach – Sr. Managing Director
Mr. Everbach has held leadership positions for several global commercial real estate companies throughout his career and has completed over 8 million square feet of development, leasing and sales transactions, representing an aggregate value over $2 billion. Over the past decade, he has led service teams that have excelled in growth, operational excellence and innovation, to provide insights for clients to make the best decisions for their business and long-term investments.
Prior positions include President - Central Region for Colliers International where he also served as co-leader for the U.S. Capital Markets Group. Prior to Colliers, he was DFW Market Leader and U.S. Agency Leasing Lead for Cushman & Wakefield and was part of the U.S. Executive Leadership team.
Mr. Everbach has advised financial institutions, investors and occupiers on growth and risk mitigation strategies, capital raising and funding, turnarounds/restructurings, and commercial real estate investment strategies that consistently delivered superior returns to investor clients.
He received his B.A. from Boston University in 1985.
